All games hosted at our events — including Poker, Black Jack, Roulette, and Horse Racing simulations — are strictly for entertainment. No real money is wagered, exchanged, or won. Our services are not affiliated with or intended to promote actual gambling.

3. Event Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
• Custom quotes are provided based on location, number of guests, event type, and equipment requirements.
• A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment terms will be outlined in your individual agreement.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
• We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure the event venue is safe, accessible, and suitable for the setup of gaming equipment.
• We reserve the right to stop services in the event of unsafe conditions, harassment, or damage to our equipment.
• Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits, if required by the venue or local authorities.

6. Guest Conduct

We strive to create an enjoyable and respectful environment. Guests who behave in a disruptive or inappropriate manner may be asked to leave the event. ProFunExperiences staff reserve the right to intervene if necessary for safety or decorum.

7. Use of Website
